Job Specification:
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents during their recovery process. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Monitoring residents' health status and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Assisting with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment as needed
- Engaging residents in recreational activities and social interactions to promote overall well-being
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff members
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Caregiver Qualifications:
- Prior involvement in caregiving or support roles, ideally within environments such as homeless shelters or comparable settings.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
